Training & Development Specialist
Have you 3 years' experience working in a Training Environment? Would you like to be part of a wider HR team?

Identify the training needs analysis for the business in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Conduct specific training programmes through e-learning platforms to help employees self development to enhance their career path.
Select and assign instructors to conduct internal and external training.
Coordinate all training workshops, liaising with trainers and issuing invites.
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities through the portal system.
Advising on monitoring performance appraisal schemes for new starters and permanent employees.
3 years minimum working in a Training and Development environment.
BA or BS in HR Management (desirable).
Understanding of SAP is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as required
