Our Cork based Client is looking for a Customer focused IT professional to manage their Customer Support team.
You'll work with a variety of Customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years people management and a background in providing technical support, dealing with Customers after the point of implementation.
