This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of creative and passionate individuals destined to impact how people interact with devices. This is a permanent full-time position in our Dublin office.

As Technical Product Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Be deeply user focused, ensuring that everything we build delivers value to our users
  • Become a domain expert through research, education and stakeholder engagement
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales and engineering to define and manage our product roadmap
  • Manage the entire product life cycle, contribute to the go-to-market plan and goals for specific channels and customer enablement
  • Define product requirements documents based on detailed knowledge of the customer/user needs
  • Work alongside our engineering and design teams and be responsible for scoping, defining and delivering new product enhancements and features
  • Dive into the technical detail with our engineering teams, to advise and understand potential blockers and challenges
  • Scope all work into small iterative releases
  • Focus on data driven product development and implementing the measures required to acquire quantitative product evaluation data
  • Act as the product point of contact for customer integration projects

Skills and experience;

  • 5+ years' experience of successful development of new products for enterprise customers
  • Ability to understand and map complex competitive, partner, and customer ecosystems
  • A background in software development, engineering, machine learning, AI is a significant advantage
  • Experience working with diverse and highly technical engineering teams
  • Experience working directly with customers to help understand their needs and pain points in order to drive data driven development
