TA Coordinator - Galway (FTC)
Are you a Talent Acquisition Coordinator seeking an opportunity to work in a global organisation based in the Galway region?
You will work as part of a team in a fast paced high performing environment responsible for managing the recruitment search from sourcing through to hire across UK and Ireland.
Role and Responsibilities
You will provide a first class candidate experience by assisting in the sourcing, coordination and administration of the full lifecycle recruitment process.
Provide recruitment support for hiring managers for all open positions throughout the assigned business units for both internal and external vacancies.
Working with the Hiring Managers you will determine anticipated staffing needs and subsequently offer resourcing solutions.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will source candidate through various platforms, screen, shortlist and interview potential hires.
You will participate in company-wide teams to design and improve recruitment programs and processes.
Bachelor's degree plus minimum 2-3 years' recruitment experience or related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area - CIPD qualification desirable.
Previous recruitment experience within a high-volume environment preferred.
Experience owning and managing site-wide recruitment activity required - demonstrated ability to deliver staffing solutions to a cross functional organization within agreed timeframes.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking Database.
