A leading global multinational in Cork has created a new Senior Operations Manager role as part of its ongoing expansion here.
The role holds responsibility for a team of over 100 fraud investigation and prevention analysts, working to protect the businesses customers and maximise the customer experience.
In the role you will have at least 4 manager level direct reports and collaborate with a peer group of Operations Senior Managers globally to drive best in class solutions.
As well as setting and ensuring delivery on day-to-day KPIs you will play a leading role in driving continuous improvement, with experience in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies a distinct advantage.
