URGENT - Fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Team Lead in Cork

6 month fixed term contract opportunity in Cork for a Service Desk Team Lead. (This contract does have the opportunity to extend). The successful candidate should be available to start work ASAP.

In this role, you will work in a fast paced environment, supporting all IT issues as they arise daily.

You should be a people person, with strong technical abilities, who can motivate the team to get the job done.

Role overview:

  • Ensure all helpdesk processes are carried out
  • Manage support for 500+ users supporting telephony, desktop and applications within the company
  • Monitor Helpdesk Support Procedures and review processes to ensure their appropriateness to the business and update as required

Stamp 4 or EU Passport required
