Training - Fund Admin
The Associate Director - Fund Administration you will be accountable for and will lead a new and dynamic team in the region supporting our objective to onboard, train and develop Client Operations employees to create a client centred, agile, innovative and change ready workforce which is future proof and enabled by transferable core competencies and skills.
Working directly with senior Client Operations leaders to identify business requirements and priorities for training and development of employees, proactively managing future state requirements.
Working with internal partners to develop strategies and propose learning solutions that are aligned to business requirements.
Articulating measures of success and expected Business Impact and monitoring results to determine the overall employee and business impact of implemented solutions; shares recommendations and makes necessary adjustments as applicable.
Accountable for the direct management of team in the region. Leads and directs the Service & Technical Skills team in the region to ensure Client Operations provides best in class Onboarding and training to our employees. Provides leadership by bringing individuals together and developing a high performance culture within the team.
Overall responsibility for the team output, alignment to model and execution of tasks as defined.
Managing, designing and developing solutions end-to-end for multiple complex learning projects through various phases of learning design (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) including:
Complex requirements gathering and analysis, conducts performance assessments; identified critical performance issues and potential causes; completes high level design of learning requirements, scoping effort, costs and timelines in partnership with L&D
Researching and leveraging existing learning assets and looks for opportunities to repurpose content as appropriate for cost and time savings.
Monitoring and evaluating to ensure that standards of quality are met.
Sharing best practices and remains current on emerging industry trends.
Adhering to mandatory training requirements and receiving necessary additional training as required and appropriate for the role;
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
10 years + of progressive financial services experience
5+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing informal and formal strategies and projects within a large, complex corporate environment, preferably with global scope.
5 years + managing clients/teams with a global footprint
5 years + People/Talent management experience with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring for a high performing team.
Demonstrates effective management processes and practices in executing on solutions.
Demonstrates effective relationship management skills in working collaboratively with teams comprised of internal and external colleagues, subject matter experts and business leaders.
Deep understanding of factors affecting business and industry including trends in the marketplace, technology and competitors
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and non-verbal) and expert ability to operate alongside executives
High level leadership capabilities including virtual management and workforce planning
