Senior HR Business Partner
Are you a Senior HR Business Partner with IR experience?
A great opportunity to join in a leading manufacturing company in the food industry at Senior HR Business Partner level.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all HR systems and processes providing pro-active leadership and support to the leadership teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Proactivity working with the site leadership teams to support the delivery of the business, HR and site strategies with proactive HR services across the full employee lifecycle.
Delivery of the Strategic and Operational Human Resource service covering two sites.
Provide advice and coaching support to Managers in order to resolve employee relations and performance management issues.
Working in conjunction with key stakeholders, identify training needs, develop and implement appropriate learning interventions to enhance the capability of the teams.
Partner with business managers to effectively and efficiently source and retain high quality talent through recruitment best practice.
Managing all HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, Industrial Relations, Talent Management and Retention, Learning and Development and Reward and Recognition initiatives.
Minimum 5+ years at HR Business Partner level in a unionised environment.
Degree/Masters level qualification in Human Resources.
A positive, can-do, resilient and flexible attitude with a strong collaborative mindset.
Excellent experience of leading negotiation and deliver change in a unionized environment is essential.
