Senior Desktop Support - Available to Start Immediately
Our global client have an urgent requirement for a Senior Desktop Support to join their team in their Dublin 4 offices. They are looking for someone who can start immediately and who can hit the ground running. This will be for a definite 2 months on a daily rate contract with a view to longer term.
The ideal candidate would need to be skilled in;
- Citrix
- Virtual Desktops
- New Users set up on Active Directory
- Application Support (Examples, SAP, ISIS (printing), Jabber
Tools & hardware used within the company;
- Dell Wyse thin clients
- Service Now as their call logging system
- Cisco Deskphones
- iPhones
- Android
- iPads
