Sales Manager role with world's leading Tech brand.

The Hotel Ads team is experimenting with a new simple, automated ad solution perfect for Hotels with small marketing teams who want to market to this search engine's users.

As a Sales Manager, you will manage 5-6 sellers who are activating, supporting, and upselling the first thousand+ hotels, through a mix of warm leads and cold-call outreach. You will coach the sellers, track key sales metrics, and be the conduit for client's product & seller feedback to the Hotel Ads Sales pilot Product team. This role is ideal if you are interested in sales, new business development, and have people management experience.


  • Manage, support and coach 5-6 sellers activating first thousand+ clients in pilot countries.
  • Liaise between our sellers and Cross-Functional team.
  • Work directly with both Product and GTM to incorporate client and seller feedback and feature requests to PM/Engineering.
  • Identify initiatives and projects to improve the sales process.
  • Analyse and present weekly performance figures to/with PM team and participate in weekly updates.


  • 2-4 years of people management experience
  • Experience in sales, sales management and vendor operations.
  • Knowledge of Ads products, preferably in Travel vertical.
  • Demonstrated product training, business partnering and leadership abilities
  • Strong ability to grasp product concepts, and synthesize seller & hotel feedback
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, tenacious, curious, driven and highly collaborative
  • Some French, German, Spanish language a bonus.
