Remote working opportunity for Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer
A global bank with operations in Dublin City Centre is now looking to hire a lawyer to work in its Regulatory Reporting Mapping division.
This is a 6 month contract initially with a strong probability of going permanent after this time period.
The Bank is looking to have someone ready to start work on April 1st and the position will be working remotely in the first couple of weeks/months, so it is expected that all applicants will have their own laptop and the ability to seamlessly work from home (ie. Internet, home office, quiet space, etc)
The lawyer will be co-ordinating obligation delivery and supporting the mapping exercise across 22 EU countries for EU wide Directives and Regulations; and liaising with EMEA ICRM Lead and escalating issues and challenges.
The Regulatory team will work under a BAU model and it's the bank's objective to have a BAU across every EU jurisdiction in the near future.
The successful lawyer will have strong regulations drafting experience preferable in EU Financial Services Regulations such as CRD2, AML D5, Ops resilience, PSD2, MIFID 2, etc.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' in industry specific experience (and could be a subject matter expert in prudential, AML, risk, control or sanctions)
