The Company

My client is an international medical device company, focused on the delivery of high-quality with integrity, innovation and excellence. They are looking for a confident and experienced project manager to coordinate and lead their Cork activities and manage their process improvement and implementation.

The Expectation

The successful candidate will have have strong demonstrated background of managing new product introduction or large scale projects from concept to handover/completion. They will have strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities. They will have experience in project planning, in detail with knowledge of regulatory compliance.

The Responsibilities

This Project Manager will be leading the tranfer and implementation of processes from concept and/or from other manufacturing sites. They will communicate and liaise with vendors directly, involving travelling to vendor sites. They will be responsible for delivering project status updates across the business to senior management and project sponsors. They will lead the activities of all alocated resources for the project at hand.

The Requirement

They will have a Level 8 qualification or Masters in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience of managing NPI or large scale project. a PMP or IMPA certification is desired, but not necessary. Resource management or coordination is extremely desirable.
