Programme Manager - Insurance
The Role - The Programme Manager will have specific responsibility to support the organisation in the development and delivery of cross-organisation, integrated key strategic change programmes. A critical part of the role will be ensuring implementation of all change programmes to operations. The Programme Manager reporting directly to the Project Portfolio Manager will lead programme and project teams. They will work closely with all members of the Executive Team and with business managers across the organisation. They will work closely with Leadership to plan and implement programmes of work. They will work closely with other Programme Managers to ensure overall portfolio delivery.
The Person - Must be passionate about leading, directing and supporting the various programmes of work to effectively implement changes and ensure that appropriate change management principles are adhered to, to shape and design the business programme to deliver on key strategic initiatives.
