Our Dublin based client has an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer in the Pharmaceutical industry

This is a day shift role consisting of 4 days on 4 days off. Shift allowance is included in this role.

 

Our client is seeking a suitable candidate who will take responsibility for a number of areas and personnel within the engineering process department. Their responsibility will include ensuring operations are conducted efficiently and approved project schedules are met.

They will ensure the administration of GMP computerised systems is carried out in a manner which ensures the integrity of the data created, modified or maintained on the systems.

Conduct incident and deviation investigations within the department while leading proactive problem solving efforts, resolving process equipment issues, diagnosis of technical problems and ascertaining short term and long term solutions.

Responsibility for safety and training will also be included in this role as is the norm within the process engineering responsibilities within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

 

Coordinating continous improvement activities through the application of Lean Six Sigma is key as is managing and supporting technology transfer for new technologies and procsseses as required.

 

The successful candidate must have a degree in Engineering (Chemical or Biochemical) and 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role. Ideally they will also possess excellent working skills and be excited about new projects and challenges.
