  • Serve as SME for clients
  • Establish fund accounting procedures
  • Oversee team
  • Oversee training, coaching and mentoring new employees
  • Staff appraisal
  • Oversee preparation of monthly revenue for assigned funds
  • Oversee preparation and monitoring of expense budget analysis
  • Valuations function
  • Ensure client month-end valuation and reporting deliverables are met
  • Evaluate, write and discuss employees' performance appraisals
  • Maintain a good working relationship with external clients
  • Work on Projects
  • Running and successful completion of year-end audit and financial reporting requirements


  • Minimum 7 years fund accounting background with experience in private equity or hedge funds
  • Waterfall and IRR calculations experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience in issuing capital calls and distribution notices desirable but not essential
  • Experience in managerial skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
