Customer Support Role with World's Leading Search Engine

Working within the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for collecting satisfaction feedback through different channels, analyse the data, and provide actionable insights to the rest of the team to help them improve customer experience.


  • Analyse, filter, and categorise publishers' feedback collected via multiple channels
  • Identify actionable trends and create monthly feedback reports
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams in the analysis and segmentation of open comments collected via surveys and identify top trending topics by team
  • Improve the current surveys design to ensure consistency across teams


  • BA/BS Degree
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
