Sales Trainer to start ASAP

Fantastic south Dublin based opportunity for an experienced Sales Trainer! In this newly created position the Trainer will play a key role in shaping the future of partner business development activity while positively influencing the overall capability and capacity of channel management teams. The Trainer will coordinate and deliver scalable training, certification, and advanced topics for prescribed agents and liaise with several levels of management including the Team Leads, QA Leads, SMEs, Operations Manager and Customer Program Managers to ensure deliverables are deployed and tracked.

You will utilise a suite of performance tools to identify areas of opportunity to improve team and individual performance; you will also offer training and coaching solutions to support in the improvement of those key metrics and or behaviours.

We are looking for talented Trainers with:

  • IT sales or channel management background (Cloud/Networking/Storage/SaaS preferred)
  • Experience one on one and team coaching
  • Experience completing training needs analysis and deploying solutions
  • Strong business and sales acumen,
  • Exceptional ability to coach 'coaches'
  • Leadership to challenge mindsets and drive real change
  • 3 -5 years sales training and or sales coaching experience
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience with channel management an advantage
  • Sales experience an advantage
