Outsourcing Service & Supplier Manager
OUTSOURCING SERVICE & SUPPLIER MANAGER
This senior candidate will be reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the role will require the collaboration with stakeholders, local owners of outsourced relationships and services to guarantee the Outsourcing framework is established and maintained. The candidate will provide support to the Outsourcing Framework to support lines of Business across Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC), Global Equities Products (GEP), and Corporate Banking.
As Outsourcing Service & Supplier Manager, the successful candidate will be seen as a single point of contact for the Outsourcing framework, coordinating key events for Service Level Agreement (SLA) Owners and Service Providers. The Outsourcing Service Manager holds full ownership to ensure the Outsourcing framework is effective and current.
Responsible for guaranteeing that Master Services Agreement (MSA) and SLA's are up-to-date, fit for purpose. The Outsourcing Service & Supplier Manager must ensure that the agreements are compliant with current regulatory requirements.
Safeguard frameworks, processes, and procedures are kept up to date so that all activities and deliverables are set out.
Ensure corporate frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures are adopted and have appropriate implementing arrangements.
Remain up to date on European and regulatory guidelines, understanding their impact on the Outsourcing Framework operations.
Continuously seek to improve current processes and procedure
Provide input to and maintain an effective and efficient Operational Risk Management Framework, escalating any identifiable operational risk matters to the Operational Risk Manager.
Assist in the assessing of the performance of the service agreements versus agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure that TSA fees for the respective SLAs are reviewed, negotiated, accrued and settled.
University Degree or professional qualification.
At least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of Financial markets and capital markets.
Experience in defense operating models.
Experience in establishing Outsourcing Frameworks in an Outsourcing Management function.
An in-depth knowledge to Banking regulations, particularly under the scope of operational risk.
A track record of change management across lines of Business and corporate areas.
Strong leadership skills to ensure the delivery of regulated Operations functions.
Interpersonal skills, aided by communication skills to engage and manage stakeholders.
