Media Ops Video Specialists are a customer-facing team who support complex video campaign delivery tasks for our customers.
They provide expert video support on campaign creation, delivery, optimization and technical feasibility consultation across company auction and reserve formats.
The team also works with the wider Professional services organisation such our vendor teams, coordinating activities to ensure a consistent, effective and scalable service model.
Media Ops Video Specialists leverage industry and product expertise to help new and existing customers deliver flawless campaign performance for the company's video advertising products and technologies. They translate video pitches and briefs into effective video campaigns, driving results for customers.
By developing industry leading best practices, they act as a thought leader in video campaign strategy, optimization, reporting and measurement. They also use Company -calibre client research, insight and analysis to identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities for our partners in Sales.
They anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns, the customer's KPIs and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients. They work closely with Sales on a quarterly basis to align on market specific business objectives, advertiser needs, and revenue opportunities.
Work extensively with our partner sales teams to provide insights-driven video services based on customer objectives, Sales strategy and revenue opportunity. Be a thought leader in terms of video campaign strategy, optimization, reporting and measurement.
Liaise with both Sales and our vendor teams to coordinate the planning, implementation, optimization, reporting and measurement of video campaigns, establishing best practice for each.
Partner with Sales to align on business rationale, advertiser needs, and revenue opportunity for the country. Ensure KPI/BFM prioritization, alignment, and adoption.
Leverage video expertise to translate video pitches and campaign briefings into effective video campaigns, creating custom offerings as required. Drive results for customers and identify & engage on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Optimize campaigns/provide estimations/planning using data-driven approaches and KPIs.
Proactively own ongoing video service operational efficiencies. Partner with vendors and other stakeholders to continually improve and develop a scalable support model. Work with the wider team to evolve the video support model.
Work alongside account managers to set the standard for ongoing post-implementation reporting
Act as a first point of escalation for video vendor teams on delivery or customer issues.
Own and project manage the setup of complex campaigns, including stakeholders coordination
Provide support services to clients who are interested in running new tools, including creative, targeting, implementation, and troubleshooting consulting.
Liaise with the regional SMEs to further improve existing tools
Partner with central teams such as product teams and the wider video community to stay up to date in terms of video expertise.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Customer support, account management (direct and/or offline) and/or project management experience
Experience of working extensively with video/brand focused clients, narratives and tools.
Strong knowledge of brand marketing, knowledge of TV and online video marketplace.
Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish.
Experience with media agencies, digital media solutions and/or service delivery management.
Proven problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-expert audience.
An effective storyteller with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective messages/presentations to a variety of audiences including executives and senior leaders, the sales team and clients.
Effective project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.
Proactive self-starter, capable of independently creating additional business development opportunities.
