***Daily Rate Contractor Opportunity Maintenance Coordinator required to take charge of the Utilities function -Biotech Multi-National Company

This is a unique opportunity where ambitious individuals are highly valued and career progression is proven. This is an extremely varied role, with scope to put your own stamp on how the Utilities Function operates on a daily basis.

The successful Coordinator will oversee the maintenance operations within a large facility and report to the Utilities Lead.

Initial 6 month daily rate contract role which converts to an annualised perm role thereafter

Primary Duties

  • Main point of contact regarding any maintenance issues that arise
  • Oversee work orders of technician team -ensuring maximum output
  • Driving force behind health and safety compliance
  • Monitor performance of suppliers
  • Responsible for upkeep of essential spare parts regarding maintenance activity
  • Suggest improvements on existing processes
  • Generate weekly report on over all activity of the utilities function


  • Confident utilising CMMS & BMD systems
  • Ideally a background in Pharma or highly regulated environment
  • Project management experience -ideally involving maintenance equipment reliability
  • Solid knowledge of Utilities systems
  • Capability of reading process drawings etc.
