Legal Secretary / Receptionist

I am currently working with an established Kilkenny based law practice who are seeking a Legal Secretary / Receptionist to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a blend of secretarial and reception / front of house experience.

You will also have excellent organisational skills and a logical approach to organising your workload.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Experience in a working within a legal practice
  • Fast accurate Digital Dictation
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Professional manner and approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask & prioritise
  • Experience using internal case management systems or proven ability to pick up new systems quickly and with ease.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary/receptionist who is seeking an blended role within a fast paced professional firm.
