Have you experience in working on a LMS system with an interest in developing your digital content skills? Do you have a passion for E-learning and feel you could add value to a team?

This is a great opportunity to develop your career working with a Cork based global leading organisation on a permanent contract.

Role and Responsibilities

Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand how to translate classroom-based training into e-learning content.

In conjunction with the Product Strategy team you will develop engaging e-learning courses in a variety of formats.

You will help create courses that include a variety of training resource types. This includes detailed documented user guides, tutorial videos and interactive assessments.

Configure, support and manage course content on the in-house LMS; this will include the development of the course structure, creation of assessments and user certification.

Evaluate trainee feedback and review the content as required, to ensure training programmes meet and exceed the end user's needs and expectations.

Develop and maintain standards and best practices to ensure the production of quality e-learning content that can be deployed on any platform.


Degree qualified with experience in training, technical writing and instructional design.

Advanced working knowledge of application used to create interactive instructional materials.

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite an advantage, in particular MS Word.

Knowledge and experience of HR and Payroll business processes is desirable, but not required.
