Learning & Development Manager
Are you an experienced Learning & Development Manager seeking an opportunity to utilize your in-house training and LMS knowledge?
Do you have a passion for rolling out programmes such as Leadership and Talent Development, Coaching and Mentoring various disciplines, Diversity & Inclusion and Graduate programmes.
A great opportunity to work for an expanding organisation based in the mid-west region on a permanent contract.
Role and Responsibilities
Conduct and analyse the organisation's training needs in conjunction with key stakeholders to deliver appropriate and effective L&D solutions.
Design, develop and deliver a combination of instructor-led, e-learning and other training solutions for the business.
Implement the desired training materials to ensure alignment with current practices.
Support the development of a high-performance culture through appropriate L&D initiatives.
You will have excellent Learning Management Systems knowledge and will maintain the internal LMS.
Design of technical training in conjunction with subject matter experts.
Evaluate training programmes, learning methodologies, strategies and technologies to continuously improve training programmes and ensure alignment with business needs.
Responsible for the management of external training providers.
5+years' experience in a Learning and Development role in a dynamic environment
Degree qualified in Learning and Development or related discipline
Prior experience in the successful design and delivery of a wide variety of L&D initiatives that adds value to the business.
