Lead User Experience Designer

A new role has just come in that could be the next step in your UX career.

Based in South Dublin this company are looking for a Lead UX Designer to play a key role in creating and sustaining the best in class user experience across all of their products and platforms.

This exciting opportunity will see you be part of a UX team helping to conduct design workshops and guide the process through various stages of UX design procedures such as UX briefing, research, wire-framing, prototyping, testing and iterating. This role will provide you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the user journey through the companies products, helping to shape the experience design and ensure that the user is placed at the center of the design process.

The tasks involved in this role will include being responsible for the UX research, design and testing of the companies products, whilst also having the opportunity to partner with various stakeholders.

To be considered as a candidate for this position you must have 5+ years' of experience as a UX designer, with an online portfolio of Research, Personas, UX Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and User Testing. The ideal candidate will bring with them a user-centered design approach to everything they do, and have a proven track record in both interaction design and wire-framing, as well as having the ability to show the process they took.
