Learning & Development Specialist - Kilkenny, Carlow, Kildare
Are you a L&D Specialist? Do you have experience in the design, implementation and optimization of in internal training system?
This is a 12 month fixed team contract role in a leading pharmaceutical company offering a competitive salary.
Role & Responsibility
Working with the L&D Lead and key stakeholders you will assess and prioritise training needs for the site focusing on internal strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
Design and deliver customised training plans for new and existing employees. This includes facilitating classroom and skills training as required.
Support managers and employees and further develop the L&D Business partner model to promote a high performing organisation.
Lead the day to day operation as the LMS super user ensuring site compliance and the administration of training records.
Provide guidance for the design of training programs and assist in evaluation of training activities.
Develop training content including materials and/or training aids required to deliver training programs.
Provide audit support for training system as required. Act as subject matter expert for the training system.
Work with relevant departments to prepare the Annual GMP and EHS training plans for the site.
Expert knowledge of principles and methods for the design and delivery of training material.
Excellent knowledge of a Learning Management System, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Project Management skills.
Degree qualified with strong interpersonal, communication presentation and change management skills.
