Position for an eperienced Financial Planner to join our Head Office to sell Life Products

The Role:

The successful candidate will be a part of a consistently high performing and efficient multi-channel direct sales team, that enables KBCI to deliver on our ambitious growth plans through outstanding performance in customer acquisition, cross-sales, staff development and operational excellence strategies. The Direct FPA will be responsible for the delivery and advice of the KBCI holistic financial planning proposition. This individual will be instrumental in the business growth and development of our protection proposition. Our Direct Sales Financial Planning model is recognised by our customers as being distinctive, innovative and personalised, and will drive increased customer satisfaction and loyalty to KBCI.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for driving the life protection sales against agreed business targets, robust pipelining management, delivering effective coaching to the existing financial planning team and training the wider contact centre to support quality referrals. As part of the KBCI customer first model you will be expected to provide high quality customer interactions, exceptional customer experience, and meet quality assurance, mystery shopper and customer feedback expectations.

 

Key tasks & responsibilities:

· Provide high quality personalised and customer centric service to our customers through our Omi Channel process.

· Provide a comprehensive, professional and holistic advisory and delivery service to customers.

· Consistently meet the expected exceptional customer centric standards and experience through our telephony channels.

· Meet the expected conversion from referral to sales opportunities and ensure a exceptional level of customer experience

· Generate retail cross sales leads, through coaching, mentoring and training of contact centre staff to increase capability and generate higher level of advisory meetings.

· Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

· Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail.

· Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to in relation to daily tasks.

· Provide full transparency and feedback in relation to customer resolution including early escalation of issues in a timely manner, where applicable.

· Develop & maintain effective lines of communication with other business units, key stakeholders and within the team itself.

· Ensure structured performance monitoring is in place to drive results.

· Effective management of the overall business pipeline.

· Manage outbound activity to enhance pipeline management to close out all opportunities.

· Ensure prompt resolution of complaints/incidents in an objective and courteous manner and report to Company Complaints Manager.

· Develop key working relationships with Sales Excellence & other coaching colleagues

· Support implementation of required standards consistently across the team & Contact Centre.

· Contribute, participate and engage with all stakeholders and colleagues.

· Manage key stakeholder relationships

· Continuously enhance your knowledge of the industry, sector, competitor and regulatory landscapes. Be sought out for your expertise internally in KBCI.

· Be expert in your knowledge of the products and services we deliver in conjunction with Irish Life

· Consistently display the leadership behaviours that are consistent with PEARL

 

 

Skills & Abilities Required

· Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner.

· Strong Customer centric focus.

· Must have a very flexible approach to work and be confident working in a fast moving, exciting environment.

· Be a proactive team player who is motivated by achieving specific targets.

· Excellent attention to detail required.

· Previous coaching/mentoring of team members to build sales capability.

· Proven track record in developing high performance teams and in consistently delivering demanding sales targets.

· Strong personal track record of delivering stretched sales targets

· Passionate about the customer with demonstrable track record in delivering for the customer

· Leveraging emerging technologies to drive new and innovative ways of engaging with and selling to customers.

· Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner.

· Ability to collaborate and influence peers and colleagues
