IT Operations Manager position within global health organisation

You will be responible for:
- Managing the help desk team and evaluate performance
- Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Developing and reporting SLA's to measure and improve service delivery processes based on ITIL framwork
- Establish best practices and governance
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and standards for end users to ensure maximum efficiency
- Implementation of service delivery methods to drive process efficiencies.
This role has an heavy people management element and would involve recruting and training service desk professionals
