An exclusive Client of mine is looking to hire a junior (1-2 years experience) engineer in Cork
For this role a full drivers licence and own vehicle is essential as there will be travel to Client sites.
On a day to day basis, you will resolve customer queries, managing issues through to resolution. You will deal with issues such as network connectivity, back-up, active directory, firewalls, anti-virus, & applications. You will support Clients via telephone & e-mail.
- Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years in a support role
- General Skills Required:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- 3rd Level Qualification in Computer Related Studies
- General IP & Networking skills
Technical Skills Required: Essential skills
- Windows Server 2012/2016
- Active Directory
- Windows 7/8/10

- Firewalls/VPN
- Email Protocols POP3/IMAP/SMTP
- Troubleshoot desktop, network, printer faults
Stamp 4 or EU passport essential
