Are you a HR Systems Coordinator seeking a new opportunity in Limerick?

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Systems Coordinator to join a global company, supporting the HR team and business, analysing and presenting information to the Senior Management Team.

A key element of this role will be introducing and driving process efficiencies through our systems, current processes and automation. The successful candidate will have a high level of comfort with navigating HR systems and processing payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

HR Systems

  • Provide robust, reliable management reporting
  • Identify and execute system improvements and efficiencies
  • Maintain and communicate accurate and up to date Standard Operating Procedures for the HR system and payroll

Payroll & Benefit Administration

  • Manage Payroll for the Ireland business:
  • Collect and interpret internal data for payroll processing
  • Provide accurate data to external payroll providers to enable accurate and timely payroll
  • Verify and approve provider reports prior to processing
  • Respond to employee queries in relation to their payroll and provide them with accurate and timely information,

Benefits Administration

  • Administer membership of benefits and arrange for relevant deductions
  • Promote employee benefits by preparing regular communications to ensure employees are aware of benefits and how to avail of them

The successful candidate will be degree qualified and/ or successful completion of IPASS, have previous experience working with both HR systems and payroll processing and have an understanding of Irish employment Law.
