HR Support Specialist With Language

You must be fluent in either Spanish, Portuguese, French, German or Italian with up to 2-3 experience in a business related discipline.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries for employees, including senior managers across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions.
Role And Responsibilities
Provide guidance to users on the use of systems including Workday and the local intranet to help them find information and process requests electronically.
Maintain electronic employee personnel files.
Logging all interactions on the call management systems, referring or closing calls as appropriate and resolving enquiries within an agreed time frame.
Taking, assessing and resolving first line calls, chats, and emails on the helpdesk.
Manage escalations, direct or liaise inquiries where necessary to Centre of Expertise, Shared Service Centre Management and external e.g. benefit provider.
2-3 years experience in HR support.
Fluent in English and a European language.
Bachelors Degree in a HR or Business Related Discipline.
