A great opportunity for a HR Officer to work in a growing organisation on a permanent basis.
Role and Responsibility
Taking an active part in key HR activities including Performance Management, Employee Engagement and ER issues.
Provide first level support for all employees in relation to company HR policies and procedures.
Working closely with the HR Manager, provide all administrative support in the HR Department.
Participating in the full recruitment lifecycle across the company.
Issuing employment contract and managing compliance for all Management and Head Office positions.
Organising all training events throughout the organisation.
Administration of company HR handbook and ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date.
CIPD qualified and/or third level qualification.
3/5 years HR experience.
Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
Advanced excel proficiency with the ability to manipulate, produce and analyse reports.
