Role & Responsibilities
Strategic input of the design, implementation and continuous development of the site HR plan including employee engagement, wellness, retention and performance management initiatives.
Working closely with the operations department to ensure compliance for all HR related disciplines.
Manage all recruitment and induction processes ensuring headcount with recruitment costs are tracked in line with KPI and budgetary requirements.
Maintaining and developing a strong and positive working relationship with employees by providing a HR advisory service to managers on all ER related issues.
Coordinate the training and development activities on site to meet all health and safety statutory requirements.
Support the finance team in compiling the weekly payroll and provide support to employees on all pay related matters.
Any relevant HR administration and project requirements supporting daily business needs.
Minimum 5 years HR experience.
CIPD qualified and/or similar business related discipline.
Competent in the use of MS Office essential.
Excellent understanding of employment law.
Energetic, committed and self-reliant individual who has an ability to work in a stand alone capacity or as part of a team.
