Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for a career change in Cork?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist to join this dynamic company in Cork.

The key purpose of the role will be to support the HR function in general day to day operational HR duties with a specific focus on reporting.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for a high level of reporting and analysis on all HR metrics.
  • Overall co-ordination of operational recruitment from advertising to offer of positions.
  • Review and Analysis of Sickness Absence, trends, costs, medium and long term case management
  • Communicate with company car holders on BIK queries, responsibilities etc. Support of HR Administration tasks as required.
  • Involvement in and support of the HR Strategic Project, co-ordination and Administration duties related to same.

The successful candidate will have relevant professional Human Resource Management qualification and extensive experience in reporting, analysis of data and trends along with effective presentation of key data for Management Reports.
