HR Generalist - Cork
A great opportunity to work in a leading manufacturing company. As the HR Generalist you will work on the entire HR function supporting the HR Manager.
As a key member of the team you will working on all HR services, policies and programmes overseeing approximately 200 staff.
You will administer all HR disciplines including Training, Recruitment, Performance Management and Payroll collation as well as support the HR Manager on exciting new projects within the wellness and engagement programmes.
Role and Responsibility
Manage the maintenance of staff records and compiling information for employee trend analysis, such as headcount reporting, attrition, absenteeism etc.
Coordinate payroll activities with the outsourced payroll provider and partner with external Comp and Bens providers in conjunction with the Finance Department.
Enhance employee experience through HR initiatives that drive sustainable engagement and well-being within the workplace.
Support the Learning and Development function and assist line management in the identification and development of talent.
Ensure smooth operational practices for all HR initiatives and services. You will partner with line managers to ensure that people needs are met.
Lead the annual Management Graduate Programme through the full process life cycle from candidate sourcing to hire.
Ensure all employee orientation and on-boarding programmes are in place and being executed thoroughly.
Drive correct usage, maintenance and development of all HRIS systems.
4+ years with relevant HR Generalist experience with exposure to payroll.
Experience working within a fast pace, high volume manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Third level qualification in a HR related discipline.
Experience with HRIS systems are required.
