HR Generalist - Cork

Role and Responsibilities
Work with the HR management team on wide range of projects and initiatives including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.
Develop and administer the HR Information systems providing relevant HR information and delivering required metrics/reports across a range of disciplines.
Responsible for issuing contracts to new employees to comply with local labour law and standards.
Work in conjunction with compensation and benefits providers/stakeholders.
Active involvement in the full lifecycle recruitment of staff within the regions including devising job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers, shortlisting, issuing contracts and onboarding.
Work with the internal payroll team collating all relevant data for processing.
Lead the development, implementation and administration of health and safety programmes, which result in a safe and healthy work environment.
Provide expertise in managing and maintaining a positive and open style of communication across the region.
