HR Generalist - Cork
Are you a HR Generalist/Senior HR Administrator currently seeking a new opportunity? This is a great opportunity to work in a stand alone role supporting the HR function across the business.
You will have excellent Employee Relations skills and thrive in a busy fast paced environment.
This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for employee full lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, ER and employee engagement.
Role and Responsibilities
HR administration for the entire employee lifecycle including the management of the on boarding and off boarding process in line with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and track new starters and probation periods.
Provide HR advice and guidance to Line Managers in order to support, coach and develop staff in the area of people development.
Train, develop and mentor management on their recruitment skills, employee motivation, performance management and team building.
Ensure compliance with the local legislation and employee relation issues as per company policy.
Processing of employee data utilising the HRIS, ensuring it is kept up to date.
Provide employment law advice if/when issues arise.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years' experience in a busy HR Generalist role.
CIPD qualified and/or related business discipline.
Experience in dealing with employee relations issues.
Exceptional communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
