HR Generalist - Cork
Are you a HR generalist? Do you have experience in operational HR support?
You will provide a wide range of support across HR administration, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, ER and employee development.
This is a Cork based permanent role offering a competitive package.
Role and Responsibilities
Supporting Managers and teams with the day to day HR function ensuring the delivery of annual HR programmes.
Deliver the consistent application of HR policies processes and systems for HR international locations while liaising with global HR colleagues.
Maintain and update HR policies and documentation to meet business priorities as requested by the HR Director.
Manage the annual intern placement programme and be the international representative on the global intern programme team.
Provide day to day operational support to the HR Director for the HR programme delivery.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations and employee welfare concerns.
Provide routine and ad-hoc reports and administration support as required.
Bachelor's degree in HR or a business related field.
Minimum of 5 years post graduate HR experience, preferably to include supporting multiple countries.
Proven experience with HRIS.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office suite.
