The role of the HR Director is to provide functional guidance and support to the organisation and to partner across functions to enable strategic goals
Reporting to the CEO this role will see you responsible for the HR functions across recruitment, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, HR Budgeting and Operational Delivery of HR services to the organisation
The strategic objectives of this role are to partner with the CEO and the executive team to deliver the organisations business agenda while actively partnering across functions to drive strategic initiatives
This role will ideally suit a collaborative and influential seasoned HR professional who is experienced in leading change transition processes while maintaining the organisations culture and values
