The role of the HR Director is to provide functional guidance and support to the organisation and to partner across functions to enable strategic goals

Reporting to the CEO this role will see you responsible for the HR functions across recruitment, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, HR Budgeting and Operational Delivery of HR services to the organisation

The strategic objectives of this role are to partner with the CEO and the executive team to deliver the organisations business agenda while actively partnering across functions to drive strategic initiatives

Key objectives:

  • Lead organisation development and design through change and enhance organisations culture and values
  • Drive a talent management and succession plan and provide insights to the board on people related issues
  • Develop and lead a multi skilled HR team and function that enhances its service to its stakeholders
  • Mange the strategic ER function and deliver a sustainable performance management system by providing coaching to people managers
  • Design and implement a learning programme for leadership across core and developmental programmes within budget

This role will ideally suit a collaborative and influential seasoned HR professional who is experienced in leading change transition processes while maintaining the organisations culture and values
