Exciting new opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join a leading global multinational - based in Cork
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the wider HR function on all aspects of People Development.
Key Accountabilities include:
Support scheduling, coordination and delivery of the site on-boarding programme.
Continue to evolve and evaluate the on-boarding programme making improvements to ensure best practice in early employee experiences are met.
Coordinate delivery and evaluation of assigned internal people development programmes and initiatives.
Provide learning administration support for People Development training programmes.
Work collaboratively across the People Development team to develop and drive both strategy and initiatives in the People Development area.
Contribute to development of site metrics in support of the People Strategy.
Assist with employee engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives.
Project manage any special project requests in line with company need.
Establish, nurture and maintain beneficial partnerships across the site
Experience working in a HR/Learning & Development/People Development function
Professional Qualification in Organizational Psychology/Training/Learning and Development an advantage
A passion for people development and a keen interest in learning, development and people engagement
A positive, can do attitude, with a proven capacity to work with teams and individuals, cross function and with varied needs.
