Role and Responsibilities
Excellent employment law knowledge with HR expertise and guidance across recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
You will be the HR single point of contact for employees and managers across the business.
Build strong relationships and facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
Actively identify gaps and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
Support and mentor the HR team to assist with the development and drive of HR best practice.
Manage and lead on various strategic HR projects/organisation change initiatives that impact the employee lifecycle.
Actively work in partnership with various cross-functional stakeholders to maintain effective relationships and ensure efficient and compliant processes.
Demonstrate excellent project management abilities and strong understanding of financial systems.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree and/or CIPD qualified.
At least 6 years' experience at HRBP/HR Manager level.
Excellent employment law knowledge.
Payroll management experience.
