A leading Multinational in Cork is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their Cork based team.
The primary purpose of the role is to lead initiatives to improve the effeciency and performance of HR systems.
Key Accountabilities include:
HR Systems, Processes and Policies
Drive solutions to implement system improvements in HR Operations, automating HR processes, and end-to-end support for system users and employees with change management.
Own the development, implementation and ongoing support/improvement of HR procedures, processes and policies, ensuring they are aligned with and support our dynamic business environment and the global HRIS strategy.
Ensure HRIS systems are integrated for maximum efficiency, while ensuring compliance with privacy and related legislation.
Develop KPIs and metrics to determine success of HR and HRIS performance and provide analytics to HR Management and as required by the business.
Point of contact on HRIS queries for the HR Operations team and escalating issues for resolution in a timely manner.
Support HRIS across all HR projects.
Facilitate development, implementation and communications/change management plans for specific HR projects in conjunction with line management.
3rd Party Relationship Management
Manage the relationship with key external providers to ensure the appropriate level of service to the organisation, e.g. Payroll, Time vendor, Global HR etc.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in HR or Information systems with demonstrated experience in HR & Payroll systems. Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience is required.
