HR Advisor - Cork
An exciting opportunity to work in one of Cork's leading multinationals within the HR function.
You will be part of the HR Shared Services team providing HR support to employees, managers and key stakeholders.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract offering a competitive salary.
Role and Responsibilities
First point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners, providing high quality HR support and advice
Responsible for creating new starter offer documentation and all HR associated onboarding activities as well as the delivery of new hire inductions
Prepare monthly payroll and follow up on payroll queries
Manage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding and transfers
Manage employee files and related documentation in HR system
Provide ad-hoc support for a range of processes including onboarding, off boarding, benefits, absence tracking, and payroll
Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary
Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR shared Services team
Participate in the on-going evolution of the Shared Services organization in terms of values, operations and service delivery
Essential skills and experience
CIPD qualified and/or similar business related discipline
Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Experience with Workday, Service Now or similar HR systems is desirable
