Regional Lead based in Dublin Ireland


Must be located in, or immediate surrounding area of, Dublin and be able to meet with Clients in-person as necessary. Travel outside of Dublin will be required.


Reimbursement for approved business travel

Specialized in house communication and sales training

Training in the signature trademarked methodology including communication and sales training

Develop, manage and forecast a sales pipeline

Achieve agreed sales target & associate KPIs

Create account plans and strategies to grow client's level of engagement primarily through the sourcing of new accounts and managing some existing accounts

Track all data in a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client learning objectives to make appropriate product and service recommendations

Analyze feedback from client engagements to inform future decisions and strategy

Invite decision makers to client public events. Follow up with public event attendees & convert into new business

Manage documentation required to close the sale such as proposals and contracts

Participate in regional and global sales team meetings and take an active role for special projects

Work closely with the entire team to collaborate and provide feedback for processes, projects, company strategies and objectives


4-6 years with a quota-bearing sales role selling training services

Enterprise software sales is a plus

Established network with multinationals &/or large privately or publicly owned companies

Business development and strategic planning experience preferred

Enthusiastic about and proven record of, sourcing new business

Working remotely and with teams across multiple time zones

Experience using Salesforce.com customer relationship management (CRM) system or similar system

Bachelor's degree is a plus
