Graduate Recruit Manager - FTC

Are you a Senior TA Specialist with Graduate Recruitment experience seeking a short term contract?

A great opportunity to work with an award winning Graduate Recruitment team, supporting the business across all areas of Financial Services to attract top graduates by providing a distinctive recruitment experience.

You will lead the Graduate Recruitment team to support all recruitment and attraction related to the Graduate, Internship, Work-placement and Transition Year programmes with a key focus on a leading brand.

Role & Responsibility

Developing and implementing the graduate & under graduate recruitment strategies and aligning the graduate programme to the firms overall strategy

Deliver innovative solutions to create a market leading graduate talent brand and campus campaigns

Engage effectively with all stakeholders in the strategic resource planning process

Identify graduate motivations and create and innovative marketing and social media campaigns that attracts top talent Performance management of an award winning graduate team and participate in wider firm performance reviews

Partnering with the heads of the departments and the business for work force planning

Lead in the development of key partnership relationships with HR and recruitment colleagues internally to facilitate the sharing of best practices

Provide thought leadership to the business, provided updates on recruitment and developing trends, and proposing creative and innovative solutions in this space

Overview and govern the end to end recruitment process to ensure timely turnaround times and first class brand experience

Responsible for defining and managing the recruitment team budget and headcount

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

6+ years' talent acquisition experience working in a fast paced environment

Experience managing graduate recruitment programmes in a professional services, consulting, financial services or technology services environment is preferable.

Strong people management and team leadership skills and experience.

Excellent knowledge of the graduate market, trends and opportunities.
