Global Head of Customer Support Services

Position: Global Support Manager

This is an ideal role for anyone that has global experience supporting customer support in the Software and Infrastructure space.

Will become an expert in the company's product offerings, have the ability implement ITIL processes within the support function, showcase strong leadership skills and ensure that the end clients are always fully supported adhering to all agreed SLA's.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external customers.
  • Implement all necessary systems to ensure a seamless process.
  • Continually evaluate the support function and develop new process's where necessary.
  • Work closely with the engineering teams to help define the product offering.

Qualifications:

  • 10 plus years' experience working in a similar environment
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to influence and negotiate bids where necessary
