Global Learning Operations Analyst

Role and Responsibilities
You will have a good knowledge of LMS and HR systems with the ability to define and maintain all training and process documents.
Support the knowledge and education of internal L&D affiliate contacts and stanadardise processes where applicable.
Influence and maintain the Global L&D data standards within global/regional affiliates to drive local L&D process related projects.
Train internal L&D personnel across affiliates on the L&D data management processes and information requiremetns necessary to fulfil requests.
Ensure data accuracy by conducting assessments, troubleshooting and correcting identified L&D data issues.
Have a strong ability to work with and understand capabilities and data connections across multiple systems.
Be the information resource for all L&D system and operational process related queries.
Support as a system and analytics administrator across various systems and platforms.
3/4 years experience across LMS platform(s).
CIPD qualified and/or minimum degree qualified in a similary business related discipline.
Analytical skills demonstrating a strong continuous improvement oriented approach.
Excellent team player with an ability to influence best practice across all levels and funcitons.
