About the job
As a Shopping Ads Specialist you will be a thought leader on the client's fast growing Shopping products which are part of our wider search business. This is a great opportunity to work on significant growth areas and become a trusted partner to our customers as well as our internal Account and Industry Managers when it comes to planning, developing and defining their Shopping Ads strategy.

You will have knowledge of both the industry and the ecosystem on which these products are built. You will be required to form strong external partnerships with multiple businesses to maximize success for your customers. You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and develop solutions for customers that adapt to their chosen method of working with us.

You will drive business growth for your customers through the identification of relevant account opportunities. This includes developing a strategy and positioning our Shopping Ads products as a business solution that fits your customers needs. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are analytically minded, self-motivated, detail oriented and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues.

In this role you will work closely with a highly skilled Shopping community across EMEA to develop deep expertise in this area and you will also have the opportunity to work closely with Regional Product Experts and Global Product Teams on the evolution of Shopping Ads products.

Job Responsibilities

*Positioning Shopping Ads as a business solution by helping clients achieve their overall business goals through our products.
*Identifying opportunities by analysing account and category performances, finding valuable insights and recommending account level optimisations to increase overall performance.
*Supporting customers in maximising their Shopping opportunity by being a performance and digital consultant. Report and share insights on complex and impactful Shopping Ads strategies.
*Supporting Account teams in building up their Shopping expertise and solving complex client challenges.
*Working with regional product experts, technical teams and PerfX and sharing your advanced product expertise with other EMEA Shopping Specialists.

Minimum qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
*3-5 years of relevant experience
*Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
*Experience working in cross-functional and cross-border teams.

Preferred qualifications:
*Ability to speak and write German fluently and idiomatically
*Experience with performance focused products including Ads & Shopping Ads.
*Experience in consultative sales and in client-facing roles.
*Experience with the retail landscape.
*Understanding of industry metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), features, and benefits of Shopping Ads products.
*Ability to work well in ambiguity and fast-paced, matrix organizations.
*Ability to take initiative. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
