Sitting within the HR Privacy team you will be responsible for supporting a variety of important privacy governance activities, including privacy incident investigation and remediation, as well as general inquiry support for our rapidly evolving privacy policies and practices.

This role requires the candidate to be highly motivated and passionate about privacy, and have a hunger to put on their "detective hat" and follow a trail of clues to help troubleshoot privacy issues.

To be successful in this role, the individual in this position will need effective deductive reasoning skills to thoroughly explore reported privacy incidents, ability to easily communicate across organizations, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a high level of attention to detail, passionate about privacy and compliance, and to model values that showcase integrity and build trust.


  • Identify and drive remediation by appropriately reporting, escalating & managing privacy issues/incidents.
  • Spot potential risks and control gaps and develop mitigating recommendations to minimize risk of future privacy issues/incidents.
  • Provide subject matter expertise collaborating across groups and disciplines to realize privacy by design in our experiences, programs and connected services
  • Develop and maintain ongoing documentation, enhancement of the program, and assist with escalations/inquiries.


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Risk or Compliance preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with a combination of the following: Risk Management, Privacy, Legal, HR, Project Management
  • Deep subject matter expertise in regulatory compliance concepts such as GDPR, OFCCP, HIPAA, and SOX
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP, or CIPM) preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management, customer service, and building productive partnerships at all levels within a matrixed organization
  • Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives
  • Demonstrated problem solving capacity and the ability to make decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency
  • Proven team player & strategic collaborator; able to execute against short, mid and long-term projects across organizational & geographical boundaries through great teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
