FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - BANTRY
Are you an accountant looking to get away from the busy city life and move down West to the lovey beaches and fresh sea air? Then this is the role for you….
We have a lovely new Financial Accountant role in with a reputable property development company based in Bantry.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small finance team, gaining extensive industry experience.
YOUR ROLE:
You will be reporting into the Director, ensuring the best practice and process in financial process management, reporting and control.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation & Review of monthly management accounts, including a detailed commentary around variances.
- Preparation of cashflow, budgets & forecasts.
- Provide support and advice to the Director on all relevant matters.
- Liaise with external auditors and advisors in relation to all reporting requirements.
- Implement and manage a strong financial control environment.
- Other Ad Hoc reports & projects as needs be.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA etc)
- Ideally 3 years PQE
- Knowledge of accounting systems
