Financial solicitor looking to experience international financial work

Our client is a leading international law firm who has recently established a presence in Dublin.

Its finance team operates across the firm's network in Europe, the Middle East and Asia and its clients include many leading national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies in energy & infrastructure, financial institutions, healthcare & life sciences and technology, media & telecommunications sectors.

As part of the firm's ambitious growth strategy in Dublin, the fulcrum of which is hiring and developing top talent, they are now seeking Associates to join its new Dublin finance team.

The Dublin finance team primarily focuses on secured and unsecured lending transactions, senior and mezzanine debt structures, acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, leveraged finance, syndicated loans, loan portfolio acquisitions and debt restructuring in the financial institutions, real estate, asset management & investment funds, energy & infrastructure, healthcare & life sciences and technology, media & telecommunications sectors.

This provides Associates with the opportunity to work on high-value and high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions. You will work directly with the Dublin finance team as well as supporting Partners and Associates across the firm's global network.

Person specification:

  • Excellent academics;
  • Qualified Solicitor, ideally 2-5 years' PQE;
  • Trained, qualified and practised with a leading firm in Ireland or the UK;
  • A desire to grow your personal network and business profile through business development initiatives; and
  • Ambitious, pro-active and collaborative.
